Brief
Deep dive into the task: goals, audience, constraints, competitors and KPIs. NDA and scope are fixed.
Research
Interviews, competitor analysis, JTBD, analytics of existing systems. Hypotheses and priorities.
Concept
Concept art, information architecture, mood board, visual direction and tone of voice.
Design
Hi-fi layouts, design system, motion prototypes and user validation.
Development
Implementation solo or with the client team. Strict design QA, dev review and support.
Launch & support
Launch, analytics, A/B tests and iterative improvements. Roadmap for the next 3–6 months.
